Swish Skirt Pattern

This is a great little spring skirt that I made for my sister from cotton yarn.  It has band that sits at the hips and a simple lace pattern.  The band is designed to allow for a piece of wide elastic and the skirt is lined with simple white lining.  It can also be worn over leggings with no lining or you could vary the lining colors.  There are all sorts of possibilities.   The best part is this is a skirt that is comfortable and she's actually worn quite a lot.
