Horse Socks Pattern

We have horse hats but there weren't any socks so I thought I'd design a pair.  As these are stranded they're very warm socks and great for wearing in a pair of boots to keep your feet warm during winter riding or mucking or whatever.  They are knit with subito farm handspun with a bit of mohair in white and grey subito farm handspun.  The yarn is sport weight to maybe just a bit heavier.  The gauge is 16 stitches and 14 rows/ 2 inches.  They require one skein of white and one skein of grey.
